Doc improvements?

Jeff Jensen-2
Hi, I'm looking for suggested doc improvements, whether tweaks/corrections/additions to existing or new sections to explain things more correctly or thoroughly.

When wanting to overhaul sections, reorg areas, or create a new area, please let's have a quick discussion first to ensure common vision.  Probably using a tracker item per change/discussion is best.

When editing, don't forget to start with Git head (not Subversion!).
